The Role

We’re looking for a contract Systems Project Coordinator to support the implementation of a large environmental system for a state agency. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and Windsor’s development team, keeping implementation tasks on track and ensuring business needs are fully understood, documented, tested, and delivered.

This is a remote role with occasional travel to Augusta, Maine required during key project phases.

We estimate a minimum of 40 hours per week for the length of the project. This contract may extend or convert depending on performance and project needs.


What You’ll Do

Client Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned program areas, guiding clients through configuration, testing, and launch

  • Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and follow up on action items

  • Document and translate business needs into requirements for the technical team

  • Build trust with clients and keep communication flowing across all parties


System Implementation Support

  • Work closely with Windsor’s leads, developers, and project managers to track tasks and dependencies

  • Assist with story prioritization, data migration, and business process configuration

  • Lead client staff through user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect validation

  • Provide training and desk guides to ensure successful system adoption


Documentation & Testing

  • Write meeting notes, test scripts, training materials, and system documentation

  • Validate converted data and test system setup for accuracy

  • Help users transition from legacy systems and support early system use


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience coordinating system implementation or migration projects

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements

  • Confidence leading meetings, facilitating decisions, and guiding clients

  • Strong documentation and follow-through skills

  • Experience with UAT and data migration validation preferred

  • Familiarity with Jira or other project tracking tools is a plus

  • Based in the US, with the ability to travel to Augusta, Maine as needed
